Hello, thank you for visiting my shop. I am experience a high volume of orders right now. Please be patient as I work through all the emails and images sent and work on your sketches and mugs. 

I will be working diligently to complete all orders in a timely manner. As of now (5/14/20) I will be placing orders in batches for kiln firings. When I place your order into a batch I will send you an update of when your order can be expected.

It can take up to 2 months to receive your mug (continental US) depending on order volume in the coming days and weeks.
